God's Plan for Your Life
by Ann Robinson-Worley
If not, let me share with you what the Holy Bible reads. It says that "God so loved the world that He gave his one and only son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish, but have eternal life." The problem with this is that all of us have done, said and thought things that are wrong. This is called sin and our sins have separated us from God.
It also says that "All have sinned and come short of the glory of God" and "the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." God is Holy and Pure and our sins separate us from Him forever.
The Good News is that 2000 years ago God sent his one and only son Jesus Christ to die for our sins. Jesus is the son of God. He lived a sinless life and then died on a cross to pay for our sins.
"God demonstrates His own love for us in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us."
It says, "whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved" And you're a "whosoever" right? Of course you are; all of us are. God is reaching out to you right now with his love and He wants you to be his child. " As many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe on His name."
If you would like to receive the gift that God has for you today. If you would like to Jesus to forgive you of your sins and come into your life as your Lord and Saviour today simply say this after me with your heart and lips outloud.
" Dear Lord Jesus, come into my heart. Forgive me of my sin. Wash me and cleanse me. Set me free. Jesus, thank you that you died for me. I believe that you are risen from the dead and that You're coming back again for me. Fill me with the Holy Spirit. Give me a passion for the lost, a hunger for the things of God and a holy boldness to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ.
I'm saved; I'm born again, I'm forgiven and I'm on my way to Heaven because I have Jesus in my heart. As a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ, I tell you today that all your sins are forgiven. Always remember to run to God and not from God because He loves you and has a great plan for your life!
